Choosing the right service

I'm not sure which service applies to my situation. What should I do?
Start with a confidential consultation rather than trying to self-diagnose which service you need. Describe what you're seeing, and we'll direct you to the right starting point, whether that's an investigation, a preventative check, or recovery action.
Can services from different categories be combined into one engagement?
Yes, and this is common. A single case often moves from Investigations into Recovery & Resolution once findings are confirmed, or from an investigation into Prevention & Risk Advisory to close the gap it revealed. One team carries the case through rather than handing it between providers.
Do I need to already know what happened before contacting you?
No. Many clients start with only a vague sense that something is wrong. The initial assessment is specifically designed to work out what's actually going on before committing to a full engagement.
What's the practical difference between Investigations and Prevention & Risk Advisory?
Investigations establish what has already happened. Prevention & Risk Advisory is forward-looking, verifying people, vendors, or deals, or fixing a control gap, before anything goes wrong. If you're reacting to a specific concern, you likely need Investigations; if you're being proactive, Prevention & Risk Advisory is the right starting point.
Is every service listed here available immediately?
Most services are fully active. A small number of newer preventative services are confirmed on a case-by-case basis during the initial conversation, this is flagged on the relevant service page where it applies.
